Shipping & Pickup

We offer standard shipping and local pickup from The VYBE Vault.

Standard Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping is a flat $6.50 for domestic orders. Express shipping is available for $15.00 when selected at checkout.

Some made-to-order or third-party fulfilled items may ship in a separate package, but the standard domestic shipping option remains $6.50 at checkout.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at The VYBE Vault, 9720 Cleveland Ave NW, Uniontown, OH 44685 for items eligible to be fulfilled from our store location.

Pickup orders are typically prepared within 2–4 days when the item is available. Please wait until you receive your pickup-ready confirmation before coming to the store, and bring your confirmation email when you collect your order.

Processing Times

Most in-stock boutique orders are prepared as quickly as possible. Made-to-order, custom apparel and spirit wear may require additional production time before they are ready to ship or pick up. Made-to-order items generally require 7–14 business days unless the product page states otherwise.

Split Shipments

Items fulfilled by a production partner may ship separately from other items in the same order. Separate packages may have separate tracking information and delivery dates.

Tracking & Delays

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email or contact information used at checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Shipping and pickup orders are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Custom or personalized apparel and other listed final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
