Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit only.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of wear

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • The return must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized apparel

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after purchase

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the size or item you need is unavailable, you will receive store credit for the eligible return amount.

Store Credit

Store credit will be issued for the amount originally paid for the item and can be used toward a future purchase at The VYBE Vault.
